Our commitment starts with a personalised initial consultation to understand your goals for improved health and performance.

At your initial session, we discuss your complaint, medical history, and factors affecting your well-being. Then, we conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to understand your condition and tailor an exercise plan.

At The Strength Osteo, your exercise plan is designed to meet your specific needs and goals, whether it's improving physical function, reducing discomfort, or preventing injuries.

As you progress, your exercise plan evolves to meet changing needs. We provide education, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques for lasting results.

40-Minute Subsequent Consultation

In our 40-minute subsequent consultation, we build upon the initial consultation. We'll assess your progress, fine-tune your exercise plan, and address any concerns you have. This session is more suitable for patients with one area of concern, or a simple exercise review.

60-Minute Subsequent Consultation:

Our 60-minute subsequent consultation is an extended consultation at a reduced rate. This session is ideal for those with more complex presentations, or multiple exercises needing modification.

Small group rehabilitation

50 to 60 minutes

$160

Have you ever wanted to train under the eye of an Osteopath with a friend? Our service offers 2 on 1 group sessions focused on rehabilitation or performance enhancement, which can help individuals recover from injuries or improve their physical function.


In person mentoring

Osteopathic and Strength and Conditioning Mentoring (Online or in person)

This mentor session is tailored to the individual or group of individuals, and can cover topics such as ;

  • Exercise rehab and strength and conditioning approaches to common musculoskeletal complaints

  • Exercise prescription demonstration, reviewing progressions and regressions of the fundamental movement patterns

  • A review of exercise programming for pain conditions or performance optimisation

  • Reviewing the powerlifts: Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift.

Please note that for small groups (1-2 individuals), these can take place at our Airport West Studio.

For larger groups, telehealth or various gym facilities are more suitable options.
